How To Format My "Waiting For" list

rossgoodman says:
I'm open to suggestions as to a "better" way to do this.

I have a list for each project.
In a list I may create a task which I then tag with: "waitingfor", "personsname"

I then have a smart list that lists all of my waitingfor tasks.

Is there a way that I can sort this list by the persons name tag?
I may well have a waiting for for the same person for multiple projects.

If I have the person on the phone, I want to be able to quickly scan the list and find all the tasks that need "chasing".

Thanks

If you use Firefox you can install the script RTM Tag Cloud Colorizer and have all your person tags grouped together in the tag cloud. Clicking on a name gives you all tasks associated with that person.

If for some reason you can't/won't try this, you can get some good tips regarding tag cloud possibilities in the Tips&tricks forum, search for "Here be my tag cloud". That way you can group person tags in the tag cloud instead of having them scattered all over.

I'll look into this.
Unfortunately, at work I'm forced to use IE6 :(
That's where I tend to do most of my printing....

Well, try the tips in Here be my tag cloud, excellent idea started by bzpilman. Works in IE too.
I have all my work person tags grouped together in the tag cloud, nice!
