FF3 + gears + greasemonkey (gmail macros) + RTM

I am using google aps on FF3 with gears installed and using greasemonkey with the Gmail Macros.
I have the english gmail with newer version.
For non aps i.e. public gmail RTM is working fine.
But for the apps, it is not.
When ever i log into the Gmail apps, the RTM side pane is not availalbe. But as soon as i disable the Greasemonkey Gmail macros, it starts working fine for the Apps.
