Can I share a list with a group

I have created a group and included two users in it.
Then I shared a list with that group, but the people in the group do not seem to find the list anywhere.
If I select a task in the list, I do not see that it is shared with the group, but if I click share on the list, I can see that it is shared with the group.
The only way I can get the hole list shared with the group, is to individually share it with each user.
Is this a bug or a feature?

I managed it.. The ting was that the people I have in the group only get a small link in the "What's new" box, on the Overview-page.
There is no e-mail sent to the users inbox, whan a list is shared with them.
