GTD Sub Projects

Hi,
I'm just getting started with GTD, working my way through the book and trying to find tools out there to suit my system.
I was therefore wondering how you guys deal with sub projects in RTM?
In my work (as I'm sure is not uncommon) I get projects that contain smaller subprojects, often then there are subprojects of subprojects etc.
Any ideas how to implement this in RTM without making things too complicated?

You can create a list Projects and add project header tasks to that list. I use priorities only for these tasks. Add a unique project tag to each project and add this tag to all your tasks within this project. You can use the tag cloud to look through your projects.
For subprojects you can use a Grease Monkey script (forgot which), but it's a little complicated.

Thanks for the response.
I tried using tags for each project, but by the time I had 10-12 projects I found I was getting confused with tags, or forgetting to put them on.
I've since decided to keep projects outside of RTM for the time being which seems to suit my work process.
