Using RTM for team project management
glinoer says:
Is anyone using RTM with a team?
We're considering switching from BaseCamp to RTM, but I can't figure out the best way to set it up:
- If I add all my teammates as contacts, should I add them in "project groups"? Does that mean they will all have to replicate my group structure (tedious!)?
- If a new member joins the team, does everyone has to add him as a contact, and in the appropriate group(s)?
- If someone leaves the team, how do I prevent him from still accessing the company project lists?
- If I add a task to a colleague, is sharing t better than sending it? And can he be alerted that a task has been added (email)?
- How does YOUR TEAM deal with these issues?
Any help would be greatly appreciated... We can't wait to get started, RTM is *great*!
