Blank screen on log in

(closed account) says:
Every time I log in, I get a blank page with the following URL along with a "Loading, Please wait" message. However, the page never loads, and I have to re-click on RTM. Once I do this extra step, I'm logged in.

I;'m using up-to-date IE 7. Suggestions welcome.
