Keyboard Shortcuts in Safari

I launched Firefox and voilá, they work.
In safari ctrl+shift+arrows work splendily!
A shame because navigating between the overview and
the lists with the keys would be a real plus!

The behaviour described above was experienced in Safari 3.1.1
I am now working with Safari 4 Dev. Preview and am experiencing the opposite. Now Ctrl+Shift+[6|7|8|9|0] work alright and Ctrl+Shift+Arrows do not work anymore.
