Everytime I post a new task via tweeter, I get back a direct message telling me I just posted one (and an email too). I just sent the message, I don't really need it to tell me what I just did. It would be nice if we could specify what kinds of confirmations we want (or not) and how we want to receive them. I see those tweets being valuable when someone sends me a task, but want to supress them when I send myself a task.
