Permanent storage of historical/archived tasks?

Hi, how long do completed tasks stick around? Can I count on RTM to keep them forever?
If not, have there been any tools/scripts/techniques that could effectively let me archive completed tasks to my own storage (retaining as much of the tasks' data/metadata as possible)?
Thanks in advance!

Completed tasks stay forever -- we never automatically delete any data.
Details on backing up your data are available here.
It depends on which operating system you're using, but you could probably set up something to automatically download this backup file on a regular basis, if you'd like to have a copy on your computer.
Hope this helps!

I forgot to mention, details on viewing completed tasks are here.
If you'd like to view all your completed tasks at once, you can search for:
status:completed
More details on advanced searches are here. You could save this search as a Smart List if you'd like to be able to frequently refer to your completed tasks across all lists.
Hope this helps :)

thank you for the trick with the smart list, I just wanted to have a kind of an "Archive container", where all "completed" tasks are accessible :-)
