Getting Reminders for deleted tasks

Hi, I have some tasks on a list I deleted.
Well, the problem is I am still receiving reminders... And items keeps respawning.

I tryed everything:
removing the whole list, deleting due items, removing the repeat info on every respwning item.

Well the only thing I achieved is stopping the respawning, but i keep receiving the reminder... I could stop it by disabling the reminder service but it would make RTM nearly unusable.

Any guess?

I found another interesting clue: when I enter the lists page, on the right box i see as selected list the one I cancelled (and therefore the one containing the tasks I am getting the alerts for).
Obviouslt marked with 0 complete or incomplete tasks.

Is there a way to "reset" an account?
RTM is actually inusable to me with my current account...
