Unexpected Behavior with dueAfter

dueAfter:today will include timed entries for the day, it appears. Or at least using that ended up including a "today at 23:59" entry.
I would expected dueAfter:today to encompass anything that falls after 23:59:59 today.

I would guess that today is actually "today at 00:00" as in Excel.
