Easy way to change 'hierarchy' of a subtask to task inside a list

Hi!
I have made large tasks with a lot of subtasks. Instead, I want to change the task itself into a List, and have the subtasks be individual tasks. Is there an easy way to adjust the hierarchy of the subtasks, without having to copy-paste (or type) them all into tasks one by one?
I can use Linux app, web app, or Android app.
Thank you!

Hi slbcow,
Thanks for your patience in responding.
There isn't a way to do this directly: you can't adjust the hierarchy directly. However, you can use drag and drop in the web/Linux app to do this.
First, you'd want to create the new list. Then you can select the subtasks and drag all of them to the list name in the left navigation bar.
That will adjust those subtasks to be individual tasks, and then you can delete the original task that you no longer need.
Let me know if I can help with anything else! 💙
