Maintenance

Web app is not working. The site mentions "maintenance", but could we have more explanations, and an estimate of how long this "maintenance" may last?

Glad it's not only me. Web interface not working on two different browsers but the RTM status page shows that everything is working fine. (https://status.rememberthemilk.com/).

If they know the web interface is down they really need to update the status page with this information.

On the status page, it does say "Service Under Maintenance", but we no information about when it started and approximately how long it is going to last.

Try again Switch to Stable release channel

If I select Try again it reloads but shows the same box.
If I select Switch to Stable release channel it reloads but shows the same box.
Following the troubleshooting steps makes no difference.

Happening in Chrome, Edge and Firefox but working ok on Android.

Same here. I installed the RTM iPad app on my Mac to have a working interface, since the Mac app is using the web interface and as such also not working.

This isn't maintenance. The service is DOWN.

The status page headline says "Service under Maintenance" but it's been like that for weeks (or longer) because certain components (like Alexa integration) haven't been working for a very long time.

I'm so frustrated right now.

Web/desktop app and all sync endpoints available again
Resolved - Due to a DoS over the last several hours certain endpoints were returning errors, resulting in intermittent unavailability of the web/desktop app loading and any app syncing. This has now been resolved.

Sorry about this! As a few of you mentioned, this was due to a DoS incident that led to the app being unavailable. It was a circuitous resolution and the development team has put measures in place to prevent this kind of incident from happening again.
