Issues with Safari 18?

I am experiencing the same thing. cleared cookies and cache, rebooted, etc. issue exists on different machines (iMac, and MacBook) so not expected to be tied to a machine specific problem.
The button depresses, but doesn't expand to list options...ex: Priority button will depress, but not show dropdown menu for High, Medium, Low, None options.

In the meantime, using Chrome or the desktop app should work currently, and we also noticed it works still in Safari if you change your user agent to Chrome, i.e. Develop menu > User Agent > Google Chrome – macOS. If you want more details about that and aren't already familiar, you can see more on this page.
