App won't load in Firefox, Chrome or Edge since Monday
hi,
I already wrote to the support more than once, but I don't get an answer. I have been a pro-user since 2016 and I need my RTM app for work. Right now I can only access RTM via mobile phone and that's not enough.
I cleared cache and cookies, deleted and re-installed Firefox, I tried Chrome and even Edge and of course I tried using https.
I paused / deleted all my addons. Nothing works.
I really need some help with the app.

please tell your developers to go into my pro account, delete the trash and delete all finished tasks.
I didn't delete the finished tasks in years. There are a lot of them.
When I'm on the phone I can only delete them one by one and it'll take forever.
After deleting the trash and the finished tasks the app might hopefully work again.
I think that's the least you can do for me after stalling me since June 27th.
