mobile reminders don't take time zone into account?

When reminders are sent to my phone, it doesn't seem to take my time zone settings into account. It sends it at the correct time, but it displays the time in the text message incorrectly. For example, I have my time zone set to GMT -2:00 and a task with a due time of 1:30pm. I get the text at 1:30pm, but the text messages says it's due at 3:30pm. Does this happen for anyone else?
