msn reminder contact is sometimes offline sometimes online

just wondering if it's something i could fix from my end

If you're not receiving reminders as scheduled, would it be possible to contact us and let us know the name of a task that you expected to receive a reminder for, and approximately when you expected to receive it? We can check things out on our end.
