smartlist filter for items not part of any list

Coming back to RTM after some time... so I'm a bit new and rusty at the same time.
I tried searching in the forum but did not find any answers - I would think this is fairy simple/straightforward request, so I may have missed something.

Every task MUST be on a list. In Settings you should find an entry for your default list. When you create a task it will be added to that default list unless you explicitly assign it to another list.

I'm pretty sure RTM presets "Inbox" as your default.
