Actual date/time on completed items

dcefrance says:
This is a feature request which I didn't even know was necessary...

I just imported my RTM tasks in to another program and for the first time saw, quite nicely on a calendar I might add, my completed tasks in one place.

In RTM, which I was unaware of, tasks are marked as completed not when we complete them but rather when they were planned to be completed. This makes that information invalid.

When I have a task that I planned for Monday and I don't do it on Monday that task still appears in my list on Tuesday and Wednesday and so forth but with an indication that it is overdue. When I click on Thursday that it is complete RTM marks it as having been completed back on Monday when it was originally due. This is incorrect.

Either RTM should mark something as complete when we declare it as complete or RTM should give us the possibility to declare when it's complete. Otherwise the task completion information is incorrect.

The completion date in RTM is the actual date/time that the task was marked as completed. Can I ask which software you're using to view your tasks on a calendar? Unfortunately many programs don't handle completion dates correctly, so it's possible that the issue is occurring when importing into that program. Hope this helps!
