I have opened 2 support tickets and weeks have passed without any acknowledgment or response. My iOS app badge isn’t updating with outstanding tasks and I have to manually open and refresh the app. Any help would be appreciated.

Push notifications for the app badge are a Pro feature, so these will only update when you open the app. With Pro the badge will update in real time and you can also receive reminders.
