Web site constantly needs to be reloaded for an update

I'm all for fixing things and new features but for more than a week now the Web version been asking me to reload for an update more than a dozen times a day. It's been several in just the past hour. I'm using chrome and this is happening across multiple computers. Anyone know what's going on?
