send reminders to other

emonitoring says:
all I am looking in this cruel world is a free service to send reminders to other people's email account without having to make them sign up on any service or have do anything at all. I need that for me research participant for my PhD in order to help them remember all our assessments. Can you please help...I haven't been able to figure this out either with RTM or google calendar...thanks

If you have all the email reminders sent to your email account, if you use person-specific keywords, you can combine them with auto-forward filters to accomplish this with RTM and Gmail, for example.

Ran, that's a clever idea :)

We're pretty careful about sending reminders -- we need each person to be an RTM user before we can send them reminders, as we need to verify each email address (we wouldn't want to get into trouble for sending spam).

Expanding on Ran's idea, perhaps you could set up a Google Group (or similar) for all participants, and then set the reminders to be sent to that group -- that way they'd be distributed to everyone on the list.
