Local Administrator rights necessary (Windows App)

The Windows App will not open without Local Administrator rights.

After starting the Windows App without local administrator rights, RTM is displayed in the task bar. However, the window cannot be opened by clicking the icon on the taskbar.
The window is also displayed in ALT+TAB, but is also inactive when selected.

System: Windows 10, current patch level
