Oh you Tosser. Just do not use your normal bookmark (www.rememberthemilk.com/login) but use www.rememberthemilk.com without the login bit.

And it only works if you ALWAYS EXIT it in offline mode. Otherwise it is pretty useless if you want to do something when travelling because then for it to work you have to login first and change to offline mode.
What is needed is a setting "always logout in offline mode".

Ton, it should automatically be in sync when you go offline (it shouldn't be necessary to manually switch to offline mode). One thing to be aware of is that you'll need to leave RTM logged in if you intend to use it offline (as it's not possible to go through the login process while offline). hi, i have the same problem as tonvdg. i use firefox on windows XP. offline functionality is great if i go offline (both manually or automatically) when i have a browser open with RTM in it; but here's the situation I commonly find myself in:

* on tuesday night i use RTM online and close the browser without manually going offline (also without logging out; l always use the "Remember me on this computer" function)

* on wednesday morning i happen not to try to use RTM until I'm somewhere without an internet connection. there, i open the browser and go to RTM and there's nothing -"Firefox can't find the server at www.rememberthemilk.com".

so i am hoping that there could eventually be an "always logout in offline mode" setting- because sometimes you can't predict that the next time you want to manage your tasks will be somewhere where you will be offline!
