Refund request

I have attempted to request refund in two ways, and have not been successful.

Seems to me like feel-good rhetoric.

We've responded to your email. Our auto-refund policy is new and it sounds like you may have run into an issue there. We apologize for the inconvenience!
In the meantime, we can manually refund upgrades as well, and in my email message I asked which one you wanted refunded.
(There are two, and it's not clear if you don't want a Pro account or at all or if you only wanted the duplicate upgrade refunded. Aside from that question I would have refunded the upgrade already.)
