Setting time zone
lstreight says:
I've looked in the account settings for a place to set time zones in RTM and can't find it.
My due dates keep changing by +/- 1 day every time I exit and log back into the program. I read through the help forum and saw several closed topics on this issue with the remedy to check that the computer and RTM and same time zone.
How do I do that?

Hi lstreight,
You can change your timezone in the Account Settings as described in our help, in the Account section. (You may have to scroll the settings screen to see it.)
Let us know if that helps or not, and we can help with anything else!

OK that was too easy. How embarrassing!
Thanks for your quick response. Adding the time zone fixed the issue with the due dates.

Hi boba123,
You can change the timezone in the Account Settings of the web/desktop app. The link is above to open it in the web app, or you can find it in the cog menu at the top right, then make sure you're in the Account section.
Hope this helps!
