Tasks appear ONLY if I log out & back in......

I just renewed for my 4th year, but am having an odd issue.

In "B", I have selected the List, but that task is not in there.....or invisible?
The Task does show up on my Android.
To make it show on Windows, I have to sign oit of RTM and back in again....not feasible.
