List in Subject line of email?
I've got a few lists in my account, and I'm trying to email my RTM inbox with tasks I'd like to place in a specific list. In my test, my list name: Shop.
Your documentation says to make the Subject of the email the list name, if that's where we want the tasks to go, unless we want the tasks to go in our default list. My default list is my Inbox.
When I email my account with the email's Subject = Shop, a new task with the notes from my email body is created in my Inbox instead of being placed in my Shop list.
I'm probably not understanding something here.

Hi voidportal,
It sounds like you're using the Inbox address, which is meant for a single task, but you can use the Import address (just the same as the Inbox address with +import, e.g. username+abc123+import@rmilk.com) to add a list of tasks.
Hope this helps!

Here is the.link to the complete directions on how to format both types (1 task/many tasks). It's easy to do once you get the hang of it.
