Can you let us know which shortcuts are working and not working? We'd be curious if there's anything in common with those, or anything else that comes to mind.

Generally, it may be worthwhile to try closing any other apps, some of which could be interfering with the keyboard shortcuts, and it may also be helpful to try using the web app without extensions—an Incognito window in Chrome, or by turning extensions off temporarily in Safari's Preferences.

The only keyboard shortcut that works, so far, is "t" to create a task. This is also true in the RTM desktop app. Incognito mode does not change the behavior.

Interesting, thanks for confirming. So none of the other single-key shortcuts work, like 'c' or 'p' or the other editing actions?

Can you let us know which keyboard layout you use, as listed in the System Preferences > Keyboard > Input Sources?
