Reminders don't work

I've tried many times, but don't work. I add the contact into my buddy list, but it never is online. I set my timezone, I make everything, but don't work.

Eu já tentei de tudo, mas não funciona.
Arrumei o fuso-horário, adicionei o contato na lista de amigos (mas ele nunca tá online), fiz de tudo, mas não adiantou...
Já tentei por e-mail, MSN, mas não adianta. Será que estou fazendo algo errado?

(By the way, sometimes the contact may appear offline but will still send reminders -- so don't worry if it appears offline :)
