One task did not sync

I am using Outlook 2013 and an iPhone running iOS 9. It generally works very well and i rely on it heavily. So when it fails , it is a big deal. I have one task that has updated on Outlook but has not synced with the phone app nor the web app. Forcing a sync doesn't help. Other tasks have synced. What can i do?
