I recently upgraded from an iPhone 6 to an iPhone 6s. The new phone has the same name "Johnny iPhone" as the previous one. When I go to Account Settings -> Contact Preferences or Account Settings -> Reminders, I have two entries for "Johnny iPhone". I don't see any way to edit either of those entries, or a way to find out which entry points to which phone. I'd like to delete the one that is no longer active. How do I know which is which?
