Outlook Flagged Email

It's not currently possible to sync flagged messages. (Internally no task item is created for those so it's not possible for the MilkSync add-in to recognize them.) Sorry for the inconvenience.
However, it is possible to create tasks in two other ways, either dragging an email to the To-Do Bar or to the Tasks button. Either of those two methods should add a task item that syncs via MilkSync.
