Why iCalendar from smartlist (isGiven:false OR givenTo:me) doesn't work?

I created a smartlist based on the query (isGiven:false OR givenTo:me), in order to list just my tasks, and not tasks from other peoples I share lists or give tasks to.
Inside RTM, the output is perfect. However, the RTM iCalendar from this smartlist doesn't generate events in Google Calendar or Thunderbird.
Is the iCalendar from this smartlist expected to work? Then, what to do in order iCalendar from smartlist work properly?
