How can I change my profile picture? All other account details are editable from one of the tabs in the Settings menu but I can't find the trick for updating my picture.

I changed to the new design and found my photo in the settings tab after all.
But how do I change the photo next to a list?
I've found in "permissions" that the owner's photo is shown.
