Getting no answers from help

I'm a PRO member and wanted to get help with my problem (all my tasks were gone). I wrote an email to help and after a couple of mail exchanges, now I'm getting no answer since July, despite many pings. I also tried contacting them via fb and also no response. Is this site still running?
