Thanks for great service during downtime

Thanks for the great service (hourly updates to the RTM blog) during the RTM outage yesterday.

There is no other service I use, paid or unpaid, that provides this level of support. You never cease to amaze.

No problem, it was the least we could do :) We'll be looking at what we can do to improve our infrastructure to avoid an outage like this in the future, but unfortunately sometimes situations like this are unavoidable (storms and tornadoes are a little bit beyond our control :) Sorry again for the inconvenience!
