"Problem reaching server"
bkelly says:
I'm seeing the same type of issue as in this thread:
http://www.rememberthemilk.com/forums/bugs/1471/
I would've posted there but it was closed.
I think this happens sometimes if I leave a RTM window open for a long time. I'm also using this from multiple computers. When I try to add a task or change priority, it'll look like it happened but revert back to old (or delete the new task) then give the server error. Sometimes when this is happening, instead of seeing my new task added, I'll see a duplicate of a different task added.
This doesn't happen frequently, but when it does, it is annoying since I lose data.
Once this occurs, the problem stays (ie I cannot add a new task). I can fix this by logging out and then relogging in.

bkelly, thanks for reporting this issue.
Do you notice any connectivity issues before this message is displayed?
Also, would it be possible for you to try clearing your browser cache, and seeing if this problem occurs again?
If it does happen again, can you please note down what action you were taking on your account when the message is displayed?
Thanks!

This happens rather infrequently. It usually happens after I have left a window open unused for a couple of days and come back to it. There may have also been a warning about an unresponsive script in firefox.
I'll clear my cache and mark down more details the next time I see it.

I think part of the problem is that every once in a while it loses connection to the server and can't reconnect. You click try again and it may take a while to come back and say there were still problems. Now when I see the problems connecting to server, I've just been logging out and re-logging in. This fixes it, but it would be nice not to have to do this.
