Chrome add on not working

That's the Gmail gadget, and that's been discontinued by Gmail. (They discontinued the "Add gadget by URL" Gmail Labs feature that we required to add our gadget.) Sorry for the inconvenience.
The add-on should still be available, but let us know if you have any problems with it too!

The add-on does not work with Hangouts. Using the add-on conflicts with hang-outs rendering both useless.

Thanks, I found that out too. The thing was that I had closed the right hand side bar/panel. Now when I opened it up, there it is.
