Outlook Sync

Flagged messages currently can't sync with MilkSync, sorry. :( They're not created as task items that MilkSync can "detect" to sync over to Remember The Milk. You can vote for this and see updates from the team in this post in our Ideas forum.
Aside from flagging messages though, Outlook offerstwo other methods for creating tasks; you may try those to create items that sync with MilkSync. Hope this helps a bit!
