Can I view date a task was added?

Remember The Milk stores the added date even though it doesn't appear automatically. You can use any of the added operators to search your tasks based on the added date. (You can see all of them with examples in the advanced search.)
One example that might work for you is NOT addedWithin:"12 months of today" which would show you tasks that were added more than a year ago.
