Cell phone Reminder

I've added my verizon cell number +1xxxyyyzzzz to my reminders list but I haven't received a single reminder? Does anyone know if I've input my number in the correct format? I can't seem to find the cell number format in any of the documentation.

Nick, you may need to remove the '+1' (some providers accept different formats, but I think that Verizon just accepts the 10 digit number). Hope this helps!
