Filter by both recently added, and any recent changed?
Is this still true?

I'd like to know if there's a way to search for items that have recently had their title altered, their date amended, or otherwise adjusted (maybe a note added).
is this possible?

Hi timothy,
On http://www.rememberthemilk.com/help/answers/search/advanced.rtm you can see which operators you can use.
At the moment you can only use postpone.

Hi thadimus,
It's still correct that we do not have search operators based on the date a task was modified.
When searching for tasks by date, you can base the search on due, added or completed dates. Each of these dates has several related search operators, such as addedBefore and addedWithin.
