Multiple iPhone listing under reminders

(closed account) says:
my wife's account now has 3 iphones listed under the reminders section of settings. prior to renewing there was only 1 listed. how can this be fixed?

I have the same issue. On that part of the notification screen, we can delete email addresses and cells - why not phones? Sending you separate request.
