Desktop notification on Windows 7

Now I need a replacement, something that will pop up when a task is due or about to be due. I have tried cheqlist, app for the milk and rtm-air-desktop and none of them have notifications.
Does anyone know of such a program?

If leaving your browser open is a possibility, the web app is able to issue desktop notifications for supported web browsers. This page has more details on how to set them up.
