Permanent URLs for Tags and for Search Command

Emily,
Is the search form on our to-do lists entirely AJAX? The reason I ask is that a lot of browsers offer keyword searches in their address bar. For example, I could set up a shortcut:
http://www.google.com/search?q=%s
with a keyword "g". And then any time I typed "g funky" into my address bar, it would Google Search for the word "funky."
I'd love to be able to do that with my RTM to-do stuff ... be able to type "rtm phone" into my address and have it look for that.
Also, permanent URLs for tags would be welcome, too. It would be nice, say, to be able to bookmark something like:
http://www.rememberthemilk.com/home/wcitypoe/@mac
And have it take me to all items with the @mac keyword.

wcitypoe, thanks for your feedback. Yes, the search is AJAX and doesn't currently support entering queries in the URL. We only provide permanent URLs for lists and Smart Lists right now, but support for tags could be really useful too.
You can actually query by tag like this in the mobile version and bookmark the URL:
http://m.rememberthemilk.com/tags/-/@mac
This might be useful in the meantime. Hope this helps!

Thanks, Emily. The mobile interface is a little awkward when used on a real computer, but it's nevertheless good to know.
