Multiple iPhone in Settings | Reminders

I recently replaced my iPhone and now have two iPhones (both labeled iPhone) in the Reminders tab on the settings page. How do I figure out which one is my current one and delete the other. There is not delete icon next to either.

Hi bilhelm96,
In the Reminders screen, each iPhone shows a unique identifier called the UDID. You can find the UDID for you current phone using these instructions.

Once you've identified the phones, please contact us via email and we can remove the old phone from your account for you.
