UI bug for the notes displaying in web RTM

Hi all,
I got one visual bug in my RTM web version. After I input some notes for one item. I saw the texts was positioned outside the text area. Here's the screenshot file location: https://www.box.com/s/b323642705541beb9fed

Is this a UI bug? If yes, plz fix it. Thanks!
