No connection with RTM possible

Very often I can't get any connection with RTM. the request just timed-out and an 'oops-message' from G-Chrome.. Not always :(. The internet connection is fine then (other website working normally) and I use different browser. Chrome20 - IE9 - FireFox13 and Opera. I've got a Windows-7 PC and use AVG Free. I've really got no idea what could cause this problem... Please help
