Time assumptions

russ.goerend says:
I used the widget to put in a new task this morning. It was 7am when I put it in. I typed:

Pick up Henry 4:15 today

It picked up all the info but it put the due time as 4:15AM (not PM). The assumption seems like it should be that I wouldn't set a task for a date/time in the past.
